I’m a UX/UI design leader and human-centred design specialist based in the Cotswolds, near Oxford. Over two decades I’ve led design for some of the world’s most demanding and iconic brands — building teams, shaping strategy, and delivering products that genuinely delight people.
At Aston Martin, I created a brand new infotainment system customised across multiple carlines and led a team of 17 designers and researchers. At Dyson, I defined the vision for their first EV user experience and built the creative team to deliver it. At Jaguar Land Rover, I explored UX and human factors for a Level 5 fully autonomous vehicle.
Today, through Ru Design Ltd. and my role as UX Alchemist at Group of Humans, I bring that same rigour and creativity to businesses of all sizes — helping them design products, services, and systems that truly work for the humans who use them.
